Sales Business Development

Role Summary:

The Sales Business Development will be responsible for pipeline management, lead generation, and driving revenue through client calls and meetings.

The ideal candidate for this position is an independent, self-motivated, proven sales professional who can confidently represent our brand.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Lead-generation and development of new accounts through cold calling, networking, social-media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Managing & preparing the sales proposals, RFP and RFI responses as needed.
  • Work closely with CEO on presentations and pitches
  • Build a strategic plan for your client that focuses on customer understanding, relationship building and driving revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing solutions and drive results for clients
  • Travel when necessary to meet clients in person at Pune
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, lead and delegate
  • Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Good Presentation & Negotiation skills
  • Market Knowledge, monitoring, and result tracking
  • Good at building relationships
  • Ability to identify and solve client issues successfully.

Education:

Bachelor’s/Master's degree in business, marketing or related field
