myBioMtrx is a smart wellness and fitness companion ecosystem designed to help users and health professionals track, understand, and optimize body composition.
Built as a joint product venture with Pravaah Consulting Inc., myBioMtrx connects Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) smart scales with mobile and web experiences, turning raw measurements into clear, actionable health insights.
The ecosystem combines a cross-platform mobile application for users with a centralized web admin portal for doctors and healthcare professionals.
Introduction
Most people know their weight. Very few know what that number is made of.
A smart scale can measure far more than weight, but the data often gets trapped in clunky hardware apps or lost in manual journals. Two people can weigh the same and have completely different body fat, muscle mass, and metabolic health. A single number hides it all.
We started myBioMtrx with one question: what if tracking body composition felt as simple as stepping on a scale?
The goal was clear. Build a platform that is simple, secure, and easy to read. It should show real-time composition trends and progress toward personal goals, without drowning people in clinical jargon. It should also give doctors and consultants a clear window into their clients' progress.
Solution
Pravaah architected and developed a full-stack, dual-ecosystem platform comprising a cross-platform mobile application for end-users and a centralized Web Admin Portal for clinical and administrative oversight:
1. End-User Mobile App (Flutter)
BLE Smart Scale Integration: Real-time hardware connectivity with smart weight scales via the iCommon SDK
Profile & Goal Configuration: Customized baseline metrics (weight, height, gender) paired with dynamic fitness target settings (weight loss, gain, or maintenance)
Comprehensive 13-Metric Breakdown: Instant calculation and display of 13 vital biometric indicators: Body Weight, BMI, Body Fat %, Fat Mass, Protein %, Muscle Rate, Skeletal Muscle, Bone Mass, Water Weight %, Subcutaneous Fat %, BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), Visceral Fat, and Physical Age
Visual Progress Tracking: Interactive daily, weekly, and monthly metric trend graphs paired with intuitive status indicators (Underweight, Ideal, Overweight, Obese)
2. Provider Web Admin Portal
Centralized User Monitoring: Real-time administrative dashboard enabling healthcare professionals and consultants to view logged metrics, progress charts, and compliance status across their patient base
Patient Activity Feed: Streamlined overview flagging high, low, or standard metric ranges to help medical practitioners deliver data-driven clinical guidance

To bring myBioMtrx from concept to store release, Pravaah executed a multidisciplinary technical roadmap:
Cross-Platform Development: Engineered fluid mobile interfaces and dynamic charts in Flutter, ensuring consistent, high-performance user experiences across iOS and Android.
Hardware & SDK Integration: Integrated and stabilized the icommon SDK for seamless Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device discovery, automated pairing, and instant data synchronization.
Web Admin Portal Engineering: Developed a secure, scalable web management portal tailored for centralized doctor and admin access.
Profile-Based Algorithms: Implemented personalized algorithms tailored to individual age, gender, and height to accurately compute subsurface biometrics.
Privacy & Security Protocols: Enforced robust data security standards across both mobile and web tiers to safeguard user health records.

6 Months From Concept to Release
May 2025: Requirements & Architecture
Defined business and technical requirements and mapped the complete mobile and admin ecosystem.
June 2025: SDK Feasibility
